Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) welcomes organizations (both CWRU and non-CWRU affiliated) to request the use of spaces at the Wade Park Community Engagement Center for collaborative and/or instructional purposes. Please refer to this document about booking requirements & terms.

The Wade Park CEC, located at 11310 Wade Park Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106, has three main meeting spaces and two auxiliary spaces that may be reserved at NO COST.

This is a REQUEST FORM only*. We ask that requests be made at least one week before the proposed reservation time to allow us adequate time to inform support staff. Expect a confirmation within 2 business days. If you have not received a confirmation by then, please contact our office at (216) 368-1723 or communityrelations@case.edu. 

You may also sign up for a time any week day starting at 10:00 AM to use one of our two AI Learning Stations which may be reserved for 4 hours at a time.
